24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes unavoidable. However, advance notice allows us to fulfill other patient’s scheduling needs and keeps the clinic operating at its most efficient level. Due to our one-on-one sessions, missed appointments are a significant inconvenience to the colon hydro-therapist and the TBC business in general.
This policy is in place out of respect for our clients and our business. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot, and leave a 60-minute hole in our schedule.
With that in mind, we ask that you please provide The Best Colonics with 24-hour notice to change or cancel an appointment. Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment or do not provide 24-hour notice to change a scheduled appointment will not be refunded for the missed appointment.
Please understand that we reserve your appointment time just for you. We do not double-book our clients so that we may give each client our full attention, as we strive to provide optimum outcomes for all our clients. 24-hour notice allows us to offer that time to a wait-listed client.
NOTE: 24-hour Cancellation Notice means that you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. You may cancel it in our online scheduling calendar or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your full name, the appointment date and time, and state your intent to cancel. Appointments which were made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will never be charged for a cancellation if it is made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
